With over a decade of experience in program evaluation, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement, I am confident that my background in evaluating international programs and leading multicultural projects will enable me to conduct this assessment with precision and insight.
Throughout my career, I have conducted in-depth evaluations of humanitarian-oriented proposals, digital platforms, stakeholder engagement strategies, and international partnerships. My work at the European Social Fund (Lithuania) and the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Ukraine) involved evaluating large-scale initiatives that promoted social innovation and inclusivity.
These roles required designing and implementing robust evaluation frameworks, both quantitative and qualitative, which resulted in actionable recommendations for program improvement and compatibility with further funding (from both the private and public sectors). I have also worked closely with multiple stakeholders, from government authorities to NGOs in Ukraine, Denmark and Greece, ensuring that findings were translated into real-world solutions.
In addition, I have worked extensively with refugee populations throughout my career, including establishing several programs and institutions that directly supported displaced communities and vulnerable people.
